BND Realty was created out of market necessity.  Many real estate companies have been created with the sole purpose of hiring agents and giving them the minimum tools to survive.  Traditional brokers tend to lean heavily on the more tenured agents and make it difficult for newer agents to support their families.  BND Broker Doug Dale has spent decades helping companies from many different industries create unique business structures and has developed a new approach that focuses on real estate agents improving their futures.
